Our Team
Cyndi Huff, Managing Partner
Cyndi has been in the construction industry for over thirty years. She started out in a family plumbing business in Phoenix, AZ, before moving on to own a concrete business with her husband.
For the past 20 years, Cyndi has worked in the home building industry, leaving her position at Beazer Homes as Purchasing Manager to open Dream Construction. With her love of detail and design, Cyndi excels in helping her customers with those hard-to-make decisions.
Ray Huff, Managing Partner
Ray has been a Managing Partner of Dream Construction for 13 years. Before coming aboard full time with Dream Construction he served as Vice President of Operations for Beazer Homes in Las Vegas, NV.
Ray has over 25 years of experience in land development and new home construction. He has led teams of up to 125 people and is well-known for his ethical relationships and high standard of building practices.
Cynthia Lauren Huff, Sales Manager & Land Acquisitions
Though many know her by Lauren, Cynthia is her first name. As Dream Construction’s first employee, she began with the company at the young age of 18 and has continuously worked here for 11 years. Cynthia has continued to climb the ladder of success, learning from every position necessary until she received her sales licensing in October of 2023.
Now as lead sales manager, and with her fiery ambition for growth, Cynthia is more determined than ever to overcome the obstacles of an ever-changing market. She provides clarity and transparency of our build processes and land acquisitions cultivating her own personal touch of sharing her dedication and commitment to excellence.
Austin Huff, Director of Construction
